Ferme de Calvignac: direct sales of farm-raised pork and traditional Quercy charcuterie.
In Saint-Vincent-d’Autejac, in the Tarn-et-Garonne, we raise our pigs with care, from birth to processing. All stages – breeding, butchering, and curing – are carried out on the farm.
Our artisanal charcuterie follows the traditional recipes of the Quercy region, made with simple, natural ingredients.
Dry sausage, nitrite-free ham, rosette, coppa, cooked roasts… products that combine authenticity, finesse, and family know-how.
