Ferme de Calvignac offers farm-raised pork and traditional Quercy-style charcuterie. Located in Saint-Vincent-d’Autejac, the farm cares for its pigs from birth to processing, with every stage (breeding, butchering and curing) carried out on site to ensure quality and full traceability.

Their artisanal charcuterie follows traditional Quercy recipes, made with simple, natural ingredients: dry sausage, nitrite-free ham, rosette, coppa, cooked roasts and more. Each product reflects authenticity, finesse and the family’s long-standing expertise.

Orders can be placed directly at the farm, and their products can also be found in organic shops, producers’ stores and selected supermarkets.
