Producers of free-range ducks and lambs
At La Souleille, Jérôme and Christiane Daro have preserved the best of the past and traditions. As producers of fat, the ducks are raised in freedom at their own pace, then force-fed with whole grain corn from the farm and processed on site. And they also raise farm lambs. Direct sales at the farm. Free visit of the farm and the canning factory by appointment. Catering service and presence at gourmet markets. Camper van service.
