Description
Organic family farm producing sourdough breads made from ancient wheat and spelt, baked in a wood-fired oven. On-site milled flours, legumes and direct sales at markets and the bakery.
This organic family-run farm grows ancient varieties of wheat and spelt, transformed on site into fresh sourdough breads made exclusively with their own freshly milled flour and baked in a wood-fired oven.
Farmers, millers and bakers, Miguel and Térésa oversee every step from field to loaf. They also offer stone-ground flours milled on an Astrié mill, as well as chickpeas, lentils, lentil flour and chickpea flour.
