Farmer-baker installed since 2006 on the hillsides of Molières


The main activity of this organic family farm is to produce wheat and small spelt of old varieties to make several kinds of fresh PURE SOURDOUGH bread, 100 percent made from their fresh flour and baked in a wood oven. Cereal maker-miller-baker, Miguel and Térésa also offer you ancient wheat flours ground in the Astrié stone mill, chickpeas, lentils, lentil flour and chickpea flour.
