Leek, turnip, celery, spinach, lettuce, potato, carrot, cabbage, radish, chard, bean, asparagus, artichoke, tomato, courgette, pepper, aubergine, apples, melon, etc… You can find Julien at the markets on Mondays in Caussade, Saturdays in Réalville and Thursdays in Villefranche de Rouergue.
