Since 1925, Maison Cabos has been passing down family know-how through four generations, specializing in the artisanal production of prunes and gourmet treats.
The orchards are carefully tended so the fruit develops delicate aromas. Prunes are harvested at full ripeness, carefully sorted, and dried the very day they are picked in the company’s ovens, ensuring top quality.
