Ferme de Calvignac offers farm-raised pork and traditional Quercy charcuterie. All stages—breeding, butchering and curing—are done on the farm. Direct sales or available in organic and local producers’ shops. Authentic family know-how.
Calvignac Farm is located in Saint-Vincent-d’Autejac, in the heart of the Quercy region, Tarn-et-Garonne. We are family pig farmers, overseeing every step of production: from breeding to processing, with cutting and curing carried out directly on the farm.
Our artisanal cured meats are made following traditional Quercy recipes, using simple and wholesome ingredients to create authentic products that combine character and finesse.
This family know-how, built over many years, ensures consistent quality and the loyalty of our customers.
Our products are sold directly on the farm and are also available in organic shops and local producer stores.
