The house was built on the ramparts, and the stone staircase leading to the bedrooms was part of the guard tower and dates back to the 12th century.
It is an ideal location for discovering the surrounding bastide towns such as Puycelsi, Penne, and Bruniquel, as well as visiting more famous villages and towns like Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, Cahors, and Moissac… not forgetting the “Pink City,” Toulouse, just an hour’s drive away!
There are three cats at Les Chimères, so this may not be suitable if you do not like our four-legged friends!
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and tea- and coffee-making facilities are provided. In addition, bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer, a fan, and an iron/ironing board are available in the rooms.
We are also lucky to have a restaurant just 50 meters away!
