Entirely on the ground floor, a large living room with sitting area (2 sofas, TV), kitchen area (fitted kitchen with American-style fridge, hob with integrated hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher), storeroom (washing machine/dryer), separate toilet with washbasin. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 x 160cm bed, private shower room with walk-in shower and twin basins. Fully air-conditioned. Wifi free of charge. Large fenced garden. Private swimming pool, 2.5 x 4 m, 1.20 m deep, heated from April to October (weather permitting). Bed linen and towels included in the price. Beds made up on arrival.
