Former 18th century mill (1764), whose catering ended in 2010, located in the countryside, in the immediate vicinity of a small river « Le Petit Lembous ». Inside the freshness contained in these stone walls will be very popular in summer.
Ground floor: a room (25 m2) where the millstones once worked serves as a spacious entrance hall, with a wc and cloakroom, leading to a living room (32 m2) with a vast kitchen area (fitted units (dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave), a storeroom (LL, SL). First floor: lounge (sofa, armchair, TV, DVD player, small school desk), 1 bedroom (1×160), 1 bedroom (1×140), 1 bedroom (2×90), bathroom, separate WC. Terrace (40 m2) with 2 sets of garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs. Unenclosed private grounds (900 m2). Baby equipment on request: cot, high chair, bath. Price includes: heating, electricity, tourist tax. Optional: hire of sheets, household and bathroom linen, cleaning. No wifi.
