Near and grove alongside agricultural fields, the small Lembous, stream under the mill reveals the sound of water and the view of the village of Montpezat de Quercy especially at night with its superbly lit Collegiate Church will convince you of the cultural and tourist assets of the holidays. in the countryside…

Inside, the coolness contained in these stone walls will be greatly appreciated in summer, as will the preservation of the old millstones that you can discover in complete safety. The rooms are nicely decorated with choices of paintings and furniture in total harmony with heritage and more contemporary art. Here it is a real « Art of Living » to discover again…

On the ground floor: a room (25 m2) where the millstones of the mill once worked, serving as a spacious entrance hall, with a toilet and cloakroom, opening onto a living room (32 m2) with a large kitchen area (integrated elements (dishwasher , hotplates, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave), a storeroom (LL, SL).

Upstairs: living room (sofa, armchair, TV, DVD player, small school desk), 1 bdrm (1×160), 1 bdrm (1×140), 1 bdrm (2×90), bathroom, WC. independent. Terrace (40 m2) with 2 garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs. Unfenced private land (900 m2).
