Françoise and Bernard Bordaries have turned this 1771 presbytery into a friendly and intimate place, like a family home. She welcomes you with kindness, while he is busy cooking.
His credo: cooking on simple bases and highlighting the product with really well-crafted recipes. A classic cuisine with a modern twist! An interpretation of local products modernised, without fuss, with a hint of the Provençal influence, a region where the chef has worked extensively.
