Located at the heart of a natural and preserved 42-acre site, this leisure area has been built around a 25-acre lake and its white sandy beach with a lifeguard on duty, an ideal spot for swimming in complete safety. Paddle boats, canoes, kayaks and paddle boards round out the range of water sports activities.

Nautical activities

Enjoy the many activities on offer near the beach: paddle boats with slides, canoes, kayaks, individual and giant paddle boards for having fun with the family or friends in complete safety and in the leisure area’s natural setting.

Good to know

At Molières, the temperature of the water varies between 28 and 30°C (82 to 86°F) on average during the summer. Near the beach, there is a playground for children as well as numerous sports facilities and a fitness trail.
On site, you’ll find a picnic area and barbecue grills in addition to the snack bar.

Accessibility

The lake is accessible to people with reduced mobility and offers a Tiralo.
A Tiralo is a beach chair designed for people with disabilities making it possible to roll over the beach and to float on the water.

The Tiralo is available free of charge; just ask for it at the lifeguard hut.

This bucolic setting, with its  friendly and warm atmosphere, is ideal to satisfy your cravings as well as your desires for local cuisine.

By the lake, you have choice beetween a snack or a menu made up of local and seasonal products.

Rates for July and August

Admission is free for children up to 5 years old. Children from 6 to 10 years old : €2. Adult admission : €4.
Subscriptions and group rates : ask at the reception area.
Our four-legged friends are not allowed on the beach and in the water, but a shaded area has been set aside especially for them.

A fishing lake

The Lac du Malivert is a second-category lake famous for its nighttime carp fishing activities (prohibited in July and August) as well as for its carnivorous fish.
Access to its banks is free throughout the summer season for all fishermen equipped with their own material and a valid fishing license.

“Vacation” fishing license

For all those wishing to enjoy some fishing but who do not have an annual fishing license:
The “daily” card, valid for one day, costs €15. The “weekly” card, valid 7 days, costs €33.
You can get one from the website: www.cartedepeche.fr or the town hall.

Accommodation

A 3-star campsite with 20 pitches and 6 mobile homes overlooks the lake. It is open from April to November with free access to the leisure area.

You will also find vation rental houses and B&Bs throughout the region.
